Joe Willke is President of BASES business at NielsenIQ.

With more than 35 years of experience in the consumer packaged good and in the modeling and analytics industries, Joe has served in various leadership roles at NielsenIQ and Nielsen including Global Client service to Consumer Products, overseeing the creation of Nielsen Catalina Solutions and leading NielsenIQ Consumer Neuroscience business division. Most recently, Joe oversaw the merge of NielsenIQ’s neuroscience with BASES to create a single, integrated unit.
Joe graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame and subsequently pursued graduate work in Paris at L’Institut Catholique.
