Dr. Elise Temple
Vice President, BASES Neuroscience & Client Service
Dr. Temple earned her PhD in Neurosciences from Stanford Medical School and holds a BS in Psychology & Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Oregon. She served as a professor at Cornell and Dartmouth, heading the Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience Lab and the Educational Neuroscience Lab. Dr. Temple has authored over two dozen papers, cited by over 4000 others. In 2010, she joined Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience, leading neuroscience efforts for major clients. She is passionate about making neuroscience accessible for impactful business solutions while maintaining scientific rigor.
Megan Belden
Vice President, Global Lead BASES Advertising
Megan is an expert in providing advertising consulting through neuroscience research for many of Nielsen IQ’s top clients and the world’s largest creative agencies. Megan has been at NielsenIQ for over 13 years with prior roles in data analytics for key clients like P&G, McDonald’s, Walmart, Mars, and Nestle. She is the global executive sponsor for NielsenIQ’s disability employee resource group, leading core initiatives that have earned NielsenIQ a top score on the global Disability Equality Index. Megan is based in Cincinnati, OH and has earned her MBA in Pricing Analytics from Xavier University.
Andrea Fraboni
Vice President, BASES & Neuro Pack and Design, Global Lead at NIQ
Andrea Fraboni leads the BASES Pack & Design Practice at NIQ. She is a dedicated packaging researcher, focusing on this important medium for the last 20 years. During her career she has worked with clients across BevAl, CPG, Health & Beauty, Durables and Retail to help their brands succeed across the shopper journey. Andrea strives to improve packaging research, specifically focusing on telling the full story of the pack performance across System 1 (Eye-Tracking and EEG) and System 2 (behavior/ attitudes).
