Sondos El-Faramawy is a seasoned marketing and digital leader with extensive experience at L’Oréal, currently serving as Marketing and Digital Director. Prior to this, she held the position of Chief Digital Officer for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty. Sondos also has a strong background in consumer and market intelligence, having worked as a Consumer and Market Intelligence Manager at L’Oréal and prior to joining L’Oréal, where she spent several years as a Research Director. Her career started at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she honed her analytical and strategic thinking skills. Sondos holds a BSc in Economics and Political Sciences from Cairo University and is a dedicated mother and firm believer in women’s impact on the workplace.

Ismail Hafez

Ismail Hafez is the Chief Operations Officer at Rabbit, which he co-founded in 2021. He most recently served as the Regional General Manager at Kazyon, one of the largest retail players in Egypt, where he led a 1200 people strong team running over 150 stores nationwide. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Dorra Group and Orange, where he ran marketing efforts across 5 countries in the Middle East.
Ismail is a well-seasoned business and people leader, with over 20 years of experience spanning the retail, telecom, real estate, FMCG and F&B industries.
Ismail holds an MBA from HULT International Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing specialization and a minor of Economics from the American University in Cairo.
Ismail is also a serial entrepreneur, launching and managing several F&B ventures since 2007!

Ahmed El-Sobky is the General Manager of Amazon Third-Party Marketplace in Egypt. Ahmed joined Amazon in February 2021 with the objective to enable local businesses to reach more customers across the country.
Along with a dedicated team of program/category/account managers, Ahmed ensures third-party sellers are utilizing Amazon.eg resources and programs to help them grow their businesses like never before. Among many new possibilities, they can create campaigns to drive discoverability for their products and run deals/promotions any time of the year. Additionally, sellers can choose from various easy and stress-free fulfillment strategies when shipping orders to customers. Today, small and medium-sized enterprises account for more than 60% of everything on Amazon’s online stores globally.
Ahmed has a breadth of experience in strategy and digital innovation across several industries including Retail, Technology, Telecommunications, FMCG, and Management Consulting.
Ahmed holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Toulouse School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University.
