Tracey Massey

Tracey Massey currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NIQ. As COO, Tracey is responsible for all commercial and product aspects, including revenue, product development plans, business units’ strategies, and all market-facing aspects of NIQ.
Tracey is an accomplished global executive with over 30 years of experience and a successful track record in enhancing and expanding global businesses. Her philosophy of winning with clearly articulated strategies coupled with the infusion of trust and resources allows Tracey to empower people and nurture highly engaged teams.
Prior to joining NIQ, Tracey served as Global President and Chief Executive Officer of Mars Pet Nutrition, where she led the world’s largest pet food business, revamping its product portfolios for continuous growth. Prior to that role, she was Regional President Mars Confectionary Americas, where she successfully led her team through the integration of Mars Chocolate Americas with the Wrigley Co. Americas.
Tracey has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University in England, and is a published thought-leader and speaker on topics such as women’s success in STEM and embracing the power of diversity.

His leadership has been instrumental in restructuring the brand’s retail business and initiating the ‘One Choithrams’ approach across the GCC region.
Holding a Master’s degree in International Trade, Ashutosh is recognized for his hands-on leadership style and deep customer focus. He has been a featured speaker at major industry events.

Álvaro García Leal

Álvaro García Leal is the Director of Special Projects & Performance Management for Grocery and Retail at Talabat, the leading food, grocery, and retail delivery platform in MENA. He has played a pivotal role in shaping Talabat’s 2024 Grocery and Retail strategy, driving operational excellence, product innovation, and operations optimization across the region. Álvaro also led the grocery and retail due diligence for Talabat’s IPO, securing $2B in funding. Before Talabat, he worked in management consulting at Strategy& and Monitor Deloitte, advising C-level executives across the Middle East, and held financial leadership roles in Europe. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Deniz Kutsal

Deniz Kutsal completed his high school education at Izmir Lycée de Saint-Joseph. He then graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a degree in Economics and earned an Executive MBA from Bahçeşehir University. He is currently pursuing a certificate program in AI Implications for the Economy and Society at Stanford University.
Since 2009, Mr. Kutsal has held various positions in the online and e-commerce industry. He played a strategic role in establishing e-commerce operations at Turkcell in 2012 and at Samsung Turkey in 2016.
Joining L’Oréal in 2017, Mr. Kutsal contributed significantly to L’Oréal Turkey’s rise into the top 10 L’Oréal global E-Commerce countries. In 2021, he transitioned to L’Oréal’s Paris office as an E-commerce Manager for the European Zone. During his 2 years in this role, he contributed to e-commerce acceleration, marketplace establishment and O+O scaling in countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, France and Spain.
In 2023, he relocated to Dubai to assume the role of E-commerce Director for L’Oréal Middle East, where he leads the acceleration of L’Oréal’s E-Beauty in the region.

As an accomplished eCommerce and Digital Marketing professional, Laith has a proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful online strategies across various markets. With over 8 years of experience in the beauty + F&B industry with L’Oreal Middle East & Lipton Arabia, he has held multiple roles in Product Management, Key Account Management, and eCommerce Leadership Roles.
In his current role as eCommerce Lead at Lipton Arabia, he is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to achieve market leadership in the Arabia online Tea landscape.

Anurudh Sharma
