For the Q3 edition, we focus on the consumers’ perspective on ESG commitment by financial service providers. The aim is to understand customers’ favorability towards a brand given their ESG commitments and their perceptions about the effectiveness of the commitments made in this field.
The second topic of this report elaborates on the intention to own / use more financial instruments in the next 12 months. While in the recent past, we had seen consumers’ preference for low-risk products, we are beginning to observe a shift where consumer intention is leading towards more volatile products like stock/shares/commodities.
