During the peak of our panicked COVID consumption, Nielsen asked consumers, “When shopping for pet care products, what attributes are important to your purchase decision?” What isn’t likely to surprise you is that 41% of us said we look to serve our pets high-quality products. Even more of us – 43% – said it’s important to “feel good” serving our pets whatever product we buy them. We’ve definitely spent 2020 looking for ways to “feel good”, and spoiling our pets is a favorite. What will we try next?
