Hotel reservations 

You are responsible for securing your own hotel reservation. To receive the discounted room rate of $289 plus a $20 resort fee per night, plus taxes, please book your room on the group site at https://book.passkey.com/go/2022NielsenIQ.

If you prefer to book a room by phone, call 1-800-433-5402 and mention your affiliation with NielsenIQ Consumer 360.   

Make your hotel reservations by Wednesday, April 20 to ensure that you receive the discounted room rate. Subject to availability, the discounted rate will be extended three (3) days prior to and following the conference dates. If you cancel your reservation within five (5) days of arrival, you will be charged for one night, plus tax.  


Air/Ground transportation 

You are responsible for securing your own air and ground transportation. The hotel is located 12.2 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). The hotel does not provide shuttle services. Taxi and Uber services are available from the airport. 


Health & safety

NielsenIQ is dedicated to providing the safest and healthiest environment possible for all conference participants. We will continue to monitor ongoing CDC guidelines and update attendees on additional COVID-19 safety precautions that may be put in place based on CDC recommendations. 

All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire certifying that they do not have COVID-19 symptoms or have been in recent contact with anyone who has been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive. 

The health questionnaire will be sent to all meeting participants 24 hours in advance of the conference.

General information 

Badges: Name badges will be issued at registration. Badges must be worn during all conference-sponsored events. 

Recommended dress: Casual business attire is suggested for all scheduled conference events. Sweaters or jackets are strongly recommended inside the hotel due to air conditioning.
