Renovating work-life design
In current times, one of the biggest challenges for Indian companies is designing an operating framework for hybrid working that addresses performance management, is inclusive, drives innovation, and encourages brainstorming while at the same time possessing a supportive policy structure that is segmented and individualized. This will need constant review and a feedback mechanism to respond to the challenges of income generation, employee job satisfaction, and health safety measures.
Industry experts believe that technology will be a great enabler for the next generation of work collaboration. Furthermore, it will be imperative for managers to maintain the emotional quotient in all contexts as they ensure equal workplace practices and implement necessary training programs to help leaders adopt a hybrid setup with their teams.
