Lauren Fernandes is a seasoned thought leader and content strategist, serving as Global Director of NIQ Thought Leadership. Based out of Toronto, Canada, she has a passion for exploring emerging trends and shifting consumer behaviors. Her work has scaled global audiences and clientele, helping manufacturers and retailers make more informed business decisions. For the past decade, Lauren has enjoyed sharing her perspectives and analytic pursuits via thought leadership content, industry publications and to diverse audiences within the NIQ network.
VP Thought Leadership, North America
Carman Allison is NielsenIQ’s vice president of thought leadership for North America. He is a member of NIQ’s global thought leadership team, a group of consumer packaged goods (CPG) experts responsible for leading consumer research projects across 23 countries. Carman constantly has his finger on the pulse of the Canadian and American CPG markets, and manufacturers and retailers rely on him and his colleagues to provide solutions they need to make strategic business decisions. He has over 30 years of experience consulting on consumer and retail trends and has been featured in numerous trade and news media, including Grocery Business, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and MarketWatch.
NIQ Global Foresight lead
Regan Leggett drives foresight work for NIQ’s Global markets. He has a Postgraduate in Strategic Foresight and has worked as a Foresight consultant with a number of Fortune 500 companies prior to joining NIQ. Regan has over 20 years of experience in Futures and Foresight practices. He is passionate about encouraging forward focused conversations with clients and colleagues. Regan is a member of NIQ’s thought leadership council and spends a great deal of time understanding emerging change and the implications to consumers, consumer behavior and the broader business environment. He has lived and worked in the Pacific, Europe, North America and Asia.
