We’re excited to announce that Savoy magazine has named David Rawlinson, CEO of Nielsen Global Connect, and Jacqueline Woods, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Nielsen Global Connect, on its list of 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America. The list recognizes and celebrates African American men and women who have been recognized for their executive and business leadership in national and global-leading corporations.
David Rawlinson recently took on the role of CEO for Nielsen Global Connect after spending three years as a member of the company’s board. An accomplished executive with deep experience delivering growth for global online and e-commerce enterprises, Rawlinson is focused on empowering manufacturers and retailers to make bold decisions and transform their businesses with trusted data, solutions, and insights designed to drive progress. Prior to Nielsen, Rawlinson served as the President of the Global Online Business at W.W. Grainger, Inc.
As CMO, Jacqueline Woods leads all aspects of global marketing, supporting the company’s transformation into an independent, publicly traded company. Woods brings to Nielsen over two decades of experience, having previously worked at IBM as CMO for the IBM Partner Ecosystem and as CMO of IBM Global Financing.
From a field of more than 500 prospective candidates, Savoy selected the final honorees based upon their exemplary record of accomplishments and influence while working to better their community and inspire others.
