Vidya Kailasam is Omnichannel Ecosystems Lead at Mondelez India. She is part of the Sales Leadership team driving revenue delivery of a mix of Organized Trade offline retailers and emerging channels like Quick Commerce. She has also been part of the Digital Transformation mandate for Mondelez India having built the First party Data, Performance marketing and Owned Media Strategy for the Business Unit
Having worked across multiple CPG categories over 18 years, she brings in-depth understanding of branding, portfolio management and revenue delivery and emerging Digital Marketing and CX capabilities.
Prior to joining Mondelez India, she has worked with Coca-Cola India, and Britannia Industries Ltd. in various marketing and sales roles viz brand and portfolio management and strategic key account management
She holds a post graduate degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has done Engineering from Mumbai University.
