Andrey Dvoychenkov

Andrey leads NIQ’s Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan sub-region, which includes Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Pakistan. He is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
He is responsible for developing and implementing NIQ’s business strategy in continuously building on the organization’s outstanding reputation for service and delivery to clients while maintaining its financial health and operational efficiency, to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Previously, Andrey was General Manager for Adriatic region for Nielsen’s Media and Connect businesses, based in Belgrade, Serbia.
Andrey brings with him 20+ years of leadership experience and knowledge of the market research industry. Andrey joined Nielsen in Russia to take on a client servicing role in the retail measurement business. Since then, he has held several roles with increasing leadership capacities and responsibilities for significant client relationships across multiple geographies including leading the analytics team across Russia and North Eastern Europe and as a key client global insights leader based in the UK in 2012.
Andrey was a winner in Forbes Most Influential Executives in the Middle East Award in 2018, 2019 and 2020 Year, Dubai.
Andrey holds a bachelor’s degree in the faculty of economics, from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI).

As SA&I FMCG Leader for APP markets at NIQ, she drives high-impact insight solutions that translate data into actionable growth strategies for clients. With deep expertise in innovation, advanced analytics, and shopper behavior, Marina has worked closely with leading organizations to address complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Zulfiqar Razvi

Zulfiqar has over 25 years experience in the field of market research, FMCG and Tech. He has been with NIQ since 2013 working across functions and clients. He carries extensive knowledge on retail measurement, consumer behavior and Innovation. He is currently leading the Innovation and Advisory arm of NIQ for East Europe Middle East Africa. In his career he has worked with brands like PepsiCo, P&G, Nestle, Carrefour, Panda.

Ugur Karci

Ugur is a seasoned insights expert with 14+ years of FMCG experience in providing strategic analysis and actionable insights. He has started his NIQ career in Turkey and continues in UAE for the last 9 years. He is currently leading the customer success team in Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan. Along with his CS leader role, his +1 responsibility is to lead Thought Leadership activation in Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East markets.
