Andrey Dvoychenkov

Andrey leads NIQ’s Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan sub-region, which includes Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Pakistan. He is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
He is responsible for developing and implementing NIQ’s business strategy in continuously building on the organization’s outstanding reputation for service and delivery to clients while maintaining its financial health and operational efficiency, to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Previously, Andrey was General Manager for Adriatic region for Nielsen’s Media and Connect businesses, based in Belgrade, Serbia.
Andrey brings with him 20+ years of leadership experience and knowledge of the market research industry. Andrey joined Nielsen in Russia to take on a client servicing role in the retail measurement business. Since then, he has held several roles with increasing leadership capacities and responsibilities for significant client relationships across multiple geographies including leading the analytics team across Russia and North Eastern Europe and as a key client global insights leader based in the UK in 2012.
Andrey was a winner in Forbes Most Influential Executives in the Middle East Award in 2018, 2019 and 2020 Year, Dubai.
Andrey holds a bachelor’s degree in the faculty of economics, from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI).

Following her successful consulting career, Alix launched Master Camp, a Paris-based startup that reimagines summer camps for teenagers – combining education, adventure, and personal growth in a modern, meaningful format.
Alix holds degrees from ESSEC Business School, the London School of Economics, and Harvard University. In December 2024, she and her family – her husband and four children – relocated to Dubai, embracing a new chapter of global living.

As Chief Marketing and R&D Officer at Al Ain Farms Group, she leads growth strategy, brand development, and innovation across dairy, poultry, camel milk, functional nutrition, and beverages for the UAE’s largest integrated dairy and poultry group.
She has led major business transformation programs that improved profitability and supported strategic mergers and acquisitions aligned with the UAE’s food security agenda, strengthening local production and national brand competitiveness. Milana has also championed industry-first innovation, including the UAE’s first sugar-free juice portfolio, protein enrichment, premium camel milk and dairy propositions, and Al Ain Farms’ positioning as the Official Dairy Provider of Expo 2020 Dubai.
