Before using the Omnishopper Create solution, Morrisons utilised NIQ Brandbank’s traditional sample capture method for at least 95% of their range portfolio and then leveraged a combination of house marketing images and images direct from suppliers as well as utilising NIQ Brandbank’s shop and shoot service.
Whilst Morrisons were happy with this approach, this process was very reliant on supplier engagement and cooperation to send samples and approve content ahead of the online launch dates.
