Hotel Information 

NIQ Consumer 360® will be hosted at The Diplomat Beach Resort.

Hotel Reservations 

You are responsible for securing your own hotel reservation. To receive the discounted room rate of $294 per night plus $29 resort fee, and taxes, please book your room on the group site at The Diplomat Beach Resort Reservations.  

If you wish to extend your reservation pre or post C360, you’ll need to call the Diplomat Beach Resort reservations team at 1-954-602-8709 only after you have confirmed a group booking confirmation number. Pre/post room night requests are based upon hotel availability.  

If you prefer to book a room by phone, call 1-855-689-2911 and mention your affiliation with NIQ Consumer 360. 

Make your hotel reservations by Friday, May 2 to ensure you receive the discounted room rate. Subject to availability, the discounted rate will be extended three (3) days prior to and following the conference dates. If you cancel your reservation within three (3) days of arrival, you will be charged for one night, plus tax.   

Air/Ground Transportation 

You are responsible for securing your own air and ground transportation. The hotel is located 8.7 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or 22 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). The hotel does not provide shuttle services. Taxi and Uber services are available from the airport. 

General Information 

Badges: Name badges will be issued at registration. Badges must be worn during all conference-sponsored events. 

Recommended dress: Casual business attire is suggested for all scheduled conference events. Sweaters or jackets are recommended inside the hotel due to air conditioning and for outdoor evening events. 

American Disabilities Act: NIQ is committed to compliance with the American Disabilities Act. In accordance with ADA rules, attendees requiring specific aids or services must contact NIQ in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to the start date of Consumer 360® at judy.anderson@nielseniq.com.
