With Thanksgiving just a week away, many Americans are heading to the grocery stores to start preparing for the big annual feast that’s often celebrated with friends and family. As Americans sit around the dinner table and give thanks, food retailers are also thankful. The week of Thanksgiving generates one of the highest selling moments in the year for food and beverage sales across the country.
