We’re proud to announce that The Cambridge Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nielsen, was recently named the No. 1 Boutique Consulting Firm to work for in 2017 by Ivy Exec, an online professional network for mid to senior business executives. The Cambridge Group’s wide range of interesting work and collaborative culture enabled it to move up four slots and take top billing this year.
To determine the rankings, the team at Ivy Exec conducted an online research survey of approximately 5,000 professionals from the Ivy Exec Community and beyond. Survey participants evaluated firms across five key parameters: work, culture, money, leadership, and prestige.
The study noted The Cambridge Group’s exciting and impactful content, centered on growth strategy, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy and identified the firm as providing ample opportunity for consultants to engage on great topics and grow into strong client advocates and leaders. As one survey participant summarized, “Visionary, focused, innovative, and practical. Our leadership team is able to combine the creativity clients crave with the process and proof necessary to see it implemented by the organization.”
In addition, survey participants repeatedly mentioned the holistic offering of work, culture, leadership, and prestige at the firm. As another reviewer summarized it: “Interesting work + phenomenal culture. Sharp focus on growth means you do the most exciting/interesting work in the consulting world. The ‘Each of Us and All of Us’ culture has been a constant in the 11 years I’ve been at TCG, and it leads people to treat the firm like a family and colleagues like family members.”
We are proud of ‘Each of Us and All of Us’ at The Cambridge Group who contributed to earning this honor.
