Raluca Mănărcescu
Commercial Lead of Tech&Durables Department NIQ
Raluca Mănărcescu is Commercial Lead of Tech&Durables Department at NIQ GfK. In this role, she collaborates closely with a wide portfolio of international and local retailers and manufacturers, identifying current market trends in Tech&Durables Market, what is driving innovation and promotional activity. Her professional background is carved by over fourteen years of activity in Market Research and Business Development, starting with FMCG and currently acting in the Tech&Durables world. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in Market Research and a master’s in Public Relations, having a wide experience on People Management and Business Planning.

Dan Matei
Dan is an experienced Research Consultant with a strong background in market intelligence and insights.
Over 12 years at NielsenIQ, he has led industry-focused teams, delivered data-driven solutions, and supported clients in sectors such as FMCG, telecom, and tobacco.
Dan is skilled at translating complex data into actionable strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the ‘Academia de Studii Economice’ Bucharest.

Chryssa Asmatzi
Chryssa Asmatzi has more than 26 years of experience in Retail (Carrefour, Makro / Metro Cash & Carry, Mart Cash & Carry, Bazaar), with expertise in all facets of category management (FMCG and T&D), marketing, branding, communications, business development and e-commerce.
She specializes in strategic planning and analysis, shopper marketing, customer insights, digital marketing and has a passion for e-business and innovative communications strategy development.
Chryssa delivers a series of training workshops with an integrated perspective that combines manufacturing, retailing and analytics. Since January 2021, she is Advisor to the Category Management Association Board for the development of Category Management 3.0 (omni channel)

Daniela Popescu
Daniela Popescu has been the Retailer Vertical Leader at NielsenIQ since February 2020; previously, she held the position of manager in the Producer Relations department of the same company.
Daniela has spent 10 years in the FMCG research industry, but her experience also spans various sectors within the services area (international trade, banking, real estate) in countries across Europe and Central America.
Nielsen’s integrated services (from consumer insights to retail audit) and global coverage allow her to evaluate current trends and changes in consumer behavior that will influence us in the future.
