Andrey brings with him 20 years of leadership experience and knowledge of the market research industry. Andrey joined Nielsen in Russia to take on a client servicing role in the retail measurement business. Since then, he has held several roles with increasing leadership capacities and responsibilities for significant client relationships across multiple geographies including leading the analytics team across Russia and North Eastern Europe and as a key client global insights leader based in the UK in 2012.
Andrey was a winner in Forbes Most Influential Executives in the Middle East Award in 2018, 2019 and 2020 Year, Dubai.
Andrey holds a bachelor’s degree in the faculty of economics, from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI).
Gautam Seth
NIQ BASES Customer Success Lead for APAC & EEMEA
Gautam brings over 16 years of expertise in market research and consulting. His goal is to transform the consumer insights industry to be more agile and digitally driven, enhancing business outcomes through purpose-driven innovation. Gautam has successfully led high-impact innovation projects across various industries, including FMCG, Restaurants, Alcohol, Fintech, Pharma & Healthcare, and Tech. He has held leadership roles in the US, China, and Asia, building collaborative and growth-focused teams. Currently, he oversees a team of 200+ innovation insights and analytics experts at NIQ BASES, driving client growth in APMEA. Zulfiqar has over 20 years experience in the market research industry and has been working for NIQ since 2013. He is the Executive Director of NIQ BASES for the EEMEA region.
Zulfiqar has held various positions within FMCG, technology and market research firms in the last 25 years with experience spanning across Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific.
Manikjot Singh
NIQ BASES Group Commercial Director, MENAP
Manikjot currently serves as Group Commerical Director for BASES Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan (MENAP) business, based out of UAE. In this role, Manik is responsible for crafting and delivering the commercial strategy for BASES in the MENAP region. He has 16 years of innovation consulting & consumer insights experience, ranging from innovation qualification, pricing & portfolio optimization to sales forecasting. Manik has partnered extensively with leading CPG multinationals as well as local giants in developing and optimizing innovations. His market & category expertise spans across Food & Bev, Household & Personal Care and Restaurants in Middle East, North Africa & Asia Pacific
