Miroslav has more than 20 years of experience, ranging from marketing research and consumer goods to the pharmaceutical industry, acquired in various regions of South East Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During his professional life, he was in various strategic positions – both from the perspective of the agency and from the perspective of the client – and his leadership competencies and tasks increased over time. For more than 6 years, he has held the position of Managing Director for the NIQ Adriatic region, where his key role is the development and implementation of NIQ business strategy and achieving growth goals, as well as continuously enhancing an outstanding reputation for quality services, delivery, and client support in the region.

Tjaša is part of NIQ Adriatics team. She has over 15 years of experience in various commercial and operational roles across different areas of the NIQ business. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep expertise in leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Currently, she leads the EEMEA Sales Enablement team within the Advanced Analytics division, where she focuses on empowering sales teams with data-driven insights and strategies. Passionate about the power of data and storytelling, Tjaša excels at transforming complex data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making and drive growth.
Igor Grudenic

Igor has been the leader of the Customer Success department in the Adriatics region since 2020. Over his 22-year career at NIQ, he has gained experience in various sectors, including customer and consumer research, collaboration with retailers, and the commercial sector. A significant part of his career has been dedicated to improving retail panel products in the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, through close collaboration with nearly all relevant retailers, numerous distributors, and FMCG industry manufacturers.
Ljubica Šijaković
Senior Analytic Insights Executive

Ljubica born in 1996 in Belgrade, is a Master’s graduate in Organizational Sciences. She started her career at NielsenIQ, where she spent over four years collaborating with leading regional and global manufacturers and distributors, building her expertise in analytics and client support.
She currently holds the position of Senior Industry Insights Executive in the Customer Success department, where she contributes to the creation of both global and local analytical presentations. Additionally, Ljubica is a Discover Champion, an expert on the innovative Discover platform that transforms the customer experience through data modernization and cloud migration, delivering a new dimension of business analytics to NielsenIQ clients.

Katja has been working with retailers in Adriatic for over 10years and she has been leading our retailer vertical team for the last 5 years, where she is responsible for our relationships with all key and emerging retail partners. She has ample commercial experience, gained through working for a Slovenian retailer as well as leading our, NIQ, business in Slovenia and regionally in Adriatic.

Klemen 42, born in Maribor, joined NIQ over two years ago as a retail account manager for the Adriatic region. With 15 years of business experience in Eastern European markets, covering both retail and wholesale, he previously spent a decade leading Crocs footwear distribution across 10 Eastern European countries, managing local sales teams. He was also involved in developing e-commerce and franchise systems for stores. His expertise now enhances NIQ’s retailer panel, providing essential support to partners through his deep understanding of regional distribution and retail nuances, backed by NIQ’s business intelligence. His extensive experience allows him to effectively address partners’ challenges.
