Our Geomarketing Map of the Month for June shows the regional distribution of purchasing power for clothing and shoes in Europe in 2024.
According to the latest study on GfK Purchasing Power for Retail Product Lines, the average per capita purchasing power for clothing and shoes in Europe is 772 euros. However, there are significant differences between the 25 analyzed European countries: At 1,777 euros, Luxembourgers spend the most money on fashion, whereas Romanians, with an average spending potential of 375 euros, make up the rear. There are also strong regional differences within the respective countries.
