The host hotel, JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, is currently sold out. A limited number of guest rooms are available at Residence Inn Phoenix Desert View at Mayo Clinic, located at 5665 E. Mayo Boulevard, in Phoenix (less than 3 miles from JW Marriott Dessert Ridge).

To receive the discounted room rate of $219.00 plus taxes, please book your room on the group site at Residence Inn Reservations. This group rate will only be available until Wednesday, May 8.

Air/Ground Transportation

You are responsible for securing your own air and ground transportation. The hotel is located 15 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The hotel does not provide shuttle services. Uber and Lyft services are available from the airport.

General Information

Badges: Name badges will be issued at registration. Badges must be worn during all conference-sponsored events.

Recommended dress: Casual business attire is suggested for all scheduled conference events. Sweaters or jackets are recommended inside the hotel due to air conditioning and for outdoor evening events.
