Brooke and her team build solutions to help retailers drive omnichannel growth and meet health and wellness shopper goals, ultimately driving revenue and shopper loyalty. She is a Path to Purchase Women of Excellence winner and looks forward to continuing to drive innovation across the industry.

Cindy Yang, Vice President, E-commerce, China, NIQ

Cindy joined NIQ in 2010 as an expert in marketing & place strategy. She has led NIQ RMS customer success team for nearly 9 years, serving hundreds of FMCG manufacturers. She actively helped our clients to make marketing strategies and expand their business through retail measurement services and path analysis. Cindy’s clients include top global FMCG manufacturers, large transnational corporations and emerging local companies.

Prior to joining NIQ, Cindy worked in marketing management level in Nestle (America) and other CPG companies, where she oversaw product innovation, brand management, marketing and channel development.

Didem Sekeral Erdogan, Managing Director, Turkey and Analytics Leader AME, NIQ

Didem Sekerel Erdogan is Managing Director for Turkey and Analytics Leader for Africa, Middle East at NielsenIQ, based in Istanbul. In this role, she is responsible for establishing the growth strategy for our Turkey business — centered around solving customer problems and creating substantial value for them through innovative product offerings and modern technology. Additionally, she heads advanced analytics revenue growth management, assortment portfolio optimization, category management, macro and micro space management, route to market analytics.

Karolina Zajdel-Pawlak, Managing Director Poland, NIQ

Karolina Zajdel-Pawlak is Managing Director of NielsenIQ Poland. For over 20 years associated with the consumer intelligence company NielsenIQ, which provides insight on habits, consumer and sales trends in over 100 countries around the world. An expert in the FMCG and Retail industry, with experience from the Polish and European markets. Together with her team, she supports clients from the FMCG and retail sectors in making strategic business decisions based on market data.

Marcelina Fedczyszyn, Customer Success Director, Data Impact by NielsenIQ

Marcelina spent 8 years at Kantar, managing a specialist panel client service team and helping brands and categories develop consumer-focused strategies. At Data Impact, she heads the CSM team looking after international accounts and leverages her expertise to help CPG brands build competitive advantage in the omnichannel world. Marcelina is passionate about delivering data-driven insights and understanding her clients’ problems to provide the best possible solutions.

Marcelo Osanai, Latam E-commerce Head, NIQ

Marcelo Osanai graduated in Social Sciences and holds a specialization in Finance from Unicamp. Marcelo is Head of E-commerce for Latin America at NIQ Ebit, with 12 years of experience in market research, in different countries such as Panama, Peru, and China. In addition to his professional career, he also dedicates himself to volunteer work in organizations such as YWAN and All Hands Volunteer, which deal with the needs of communities affected by disasters.

Prafull Babar, Director, E-commerce, India, NIQ

Prafull Babar is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in syndicated research. He currently leads the e-commerce business for NIQ India, where he oversees the eTrack (ePOS), e-panel and Digital Shelf Solutions portfolio. Prafull also partners with manufacturers and retailers in the online space to provide insights into online measurement and consumer behavior, helping them to get a larger picture of the online marketplace.

In his career, Prafull has developed expertise in Retail Measurement Services, Modern Trade, and Consumer Panels. He has vast exposure to the Indian and global consumer insights. Prafull is an enterprising and influential leader who is dedicated to building businesses, propagating innovations, and growing through teamwork. He has consistently delivered revenue growth year-on-year, successfully launched new products, and engaged deeply with NIQ’s clients, earning multiple recognitions for client satisfaction. Prafull is accountable for delivering key marketing KPIs across organizations, demonstrating his commitment to driving business impact.

Prafull is not only a successful business leader but also a proud father and a loving husband. He is a traveler, enthusiast, positivist, perseverer, and a resilient individual. Prafull holds a Masters degree in Management from the University of Mumbai, which has provided him with the academic foundation to become the accomplished business professional he is today.

Roberto van Taunay, Commercial Leader, E-commerce, Western Europe Zone

Roberto joined NIQ in 2006 and has been working with leading global, large local and emerging CPG and retailer companies on a local and international scale, to help them identify areas of growth and risk, and develop relevant strategies for their business. Before his current role, Roberto was responsible for Product Leadership for Western Europe Zone, and prior to that lead our Benelux organization.

Prior to joining NIQ, Roberto worked in procurement, marketing, and sales roles at different organizations.

Steve Burdett, Group Commercial Director, leads the NielsenIQ Brandbank commercial business from a group perspective supporting both retailer/manufacturers to enable world class shopper experiences and omnichannel growth.

Vaughan Ryan, Managing Director, E-commerce, Asia Pacific, NIQ

Vaughan Ryan currently serves as the Managing Director for NielsenIQ’s e-commerce business in Asia Pacific.

In this role, he leads his team in helping companies understand the consumers’ full shopping journey across both the offline and online environments. He is deeply devoted to making businesses better by understanding what their customers want and desire, not only today but more importantly into the future. He is passionate about understanding both current and future market trends and how this impacts consumer behavior.

His areas of specialization include Online retailing, FMCG, the liquor industry, Finance, P&L, Consultancy, Consumer Research, Market Research, Learning and Development, Recruitment, and Team Management. Having been able to do this in multiple markets in Australia, Europe, U.S., Canada and Asia, he has become a highly respected industry expert who has presented to the C-suite of various major companies and at industry events.

Vaughan holds a master’s degree in International Business from Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia.
