Meet the speaker

Steve Zurek, Thought Leadership Director, NIQ

Steve is a CPG industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in sales and category development, having worked for PepsiCo, Procter and Gamble, Gillette, Quaker Oats and GSK Consumer Health prior to joining NIQ. He is the Thought Leadership Lead for North America Analytic Sales and is responsible for thought leadership content, focusing on the future of CPG, and integrating a client-side perspective into the NIQ Specialty Sales processes. Steve has an MBA from and is an advisory board member for The Heller College of Business at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.

Erica Harrison​, Vice President, Analytics, NIQ

Erica has over decade of valuable expertise with NIQ and has a deep understanding of the dynamics that drive success in CPG. With a background in advertising, she transitioned to NIQ where she supported clients in category management, sales, RGM, and insights functions, showcasing Erica’s knack for strategic implementation. In 2019, she moved to the Analytics commercial team where she seamlessly integrates NIQ analytics into the client’s core decision-making processes. As a trusted advisor, she guides clients on matters of shelf optimization, revenue enhancement, and execution strategies. Erica holds a BA from the University of Kentucky and in her spare time she loves to spend time with her family at the lake.​
